At HARD Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your suit. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed or tampered with.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
